Steve Ports has been playing music in the Mid-Atlantic region for about 35 years, and has been playing during the summer in Ocean City for more than 25 years. Steve sings and plays guitar or bass in his duos and trios, or as a soloist. His primary gig however is as the bass playerand an original member of The Klassix. He formerly performed with The Heat and the Cold Sweat Horns and First Class. He is also a songwriter and enjoys recording his original music.

 

His solo, duo and trio shows feature songs from Jack Johnson to Simon and Garfunkle, from the Beatles to John Mayer, from Modern English to Don McLean, and Jimmy Bufett to Marvin Gaye. You will hear Modern Rock, Beach Music, Folk, R&B, Classic Rock, and Pop.
