The WY&CC does more than bring you top-notch entertainment. As a multi-purpose facility, it serves as the perfect backdrop for corporate, trade, social, religious and sporting events. The venue offers a 30,000 square foot arena, 10,000 square foot secondary arena and 10 meeting spaces. Encore Catering provides delicious on-site catering. State-of-the-art audio visual equipment is available along with over 1,000 spaces of free parking. The WY&CC's professional, on-site staff takes customer service seriously and takes pride in meeting guests' needs.

Casting Crowns - Only Jesus Tour
Wicomico Civic Center
GRAMMY® winning multi-platinum group Casting Crowns is taking its widely popular Only Jesus Tour this fall, following a successful 37-city spring run which included multiple sell-outs in arenas across the country.
 
The tour, which takes its name from the band’s current top-selling album Only Jesus, will feature a brand new lineup for the fall, including top-selling worship artist Kari Jobe, songwriter/worship leader Cody Carnes (also married to Kari) and newcomer Jamie Kimmett. The concert will be hosted by hip-hop act Zauntee. Presented by Compassion International, the tour will come to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Thursday, Oct. 17. The show begins at 7 pm.
 
Several exclusive VIP Fan Experience packages are available, featuring options such as front row or priority seating, a private pre-show performance/Q&A with Casting Crowns, exclusive merchandise and more.

Eaglemania & Journeyman
Wicomico Civic Center
Eaglemania has evolved into a nationally-touring tribute to The Eagles. This group performs to sold out audiences everywhere. Their music appeals to a wide variety of age groups. Journeyman is the only nationally-touring tribute to Eric Clapton fronted by Shaun Hague, along with Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Amos Lee and John Waite. 
 
Tickets range from $24.50 to $49.50.

Life Line Health Screening
Wicomico Civic Center
Life Line Screening, a leading provider of community-based preventive health screenings, will be in our community on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center.


Ultrasound screenings to identify risk factors for cardiovascular disease include: 

  • Carotid artery (plaque buildup -- a leading cause of stroke)
  • Abdominal aortic aneurysm (an enlargement or weak area in the main blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the rest of the body)
  • Peripheral arterial disease (hardening of the arteries in the legs)
  • Heart rhythm screening (an EKG to detect atrial fibrillation -- irregular heartbeat) 

There will also be an osteoporosis risk assessment for men and women.

Quota Club Christmas Gift and Craft Show

The 33rd Annual Christmas Gift and Craft Show sponsored by Quota International of Salisbury will return to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Friday, Oct. 25, from 4-8 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 27, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 
 
Admission is $4 per day, and children under 12 are admitted free. 
 
The fair features over 100 unique crafters and local vendors with a variety of items for sale including wooden toys and other items, ceramics, hats, scarves, candles, wreaths and flower arrangements, baskets and jewelry. Santa Claus will make a special appearance on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Children visiting during this time can take home a free book as a part of the Quota Club’s Cops 'N Kids program, which is held in partnership with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office and Salisbury Police. Kids will also be able to participate in free crafts and games.
 
The Christmas Gift and Craft Show serves as the Quota International of Salisbury’s annual fundraiser. All proceeds from the event are used to serve the local community, with a focus on women, children, the deaf, hard of hearing and speech impaired.

Bingomania at Wicomico Youth & Civic Center
Wicomico Civic Center
Bingomania, the Eastern Shore’s largest bingo cash prize event, returns to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Saturday, Nov. 2. Doors open at 5 p.m. for early bird games, and regular games begin at 7:30 p.m. 
Admission to Bingomania includes all regular and special games, including the Jumbo Jackpot Game. Regular game payouts are $500, while special games will pay out $1,000. The Jumbo Jackpot Game pays a maximum of $10,000 depending upon attendance. Attendees must be 18 or older.
 
Increase your chances of winning and help a local food bank at the same time by bringing three nonperishable food items to the event. Those who do will receive three additional cards for the first early bird game.
 
Tickets are $45 per person in advance and $55 per person at the door; fees may apply to ticket prices. All proceeds benefit the Mardela Middle and High School Bands.
 
There are 10 early bird games starting at 6 p.m. Early bird games are $1 for one card or $5 for six cards.

Eastern Shore Classic Dog Shows
Wicomico Civic Center
The Talbot County Kennel Club, Salisbury Maryland Kennel Club, and Mispillion Kennel Club join forces to bring you five days of dog shows in one location. This show will be held at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center from November 6 - 10.
 
The Eastern Shore Classic is open to the public.
 
Daily admission is $5 for Adults, $1 for Students, Children under 5 are admitted free. 
 
Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
 
For everyone's safety, strollers are not permitted in the arena.

Join Alabama during their 50th Anniversary Tour. It is a classic American tale of rags to riches. Alabama introduced rock style guitars, lights, pyrotechnics and sounds to the country audience that have inspired many of today's brightest country stars.

Cirque Musica Presents Holiday Wishes

Cirque Musica presents Holiday Wishes brings a holiday story to life in a full theatrical cirque event for the entire family. Featuring the world-renowned cast of Cirque Musica with your favorite holiday hits all performed LIVE by a full symphony orchestra.
 
Audiences will be amazed by the acrobats, aerialists, hilarious hi-jinks and holiday cheer. The show blends the spellbinding grace and daredevil athleticism of today’s greatest circus performers with the sensory majesty of a symphony orchestra.

Governor's Challenge Basketball Tournament

The Governor's Challenge, the largest holiday basketball tournament in the country, returns to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center. The Governor's Challenge will continue its partnership with DMVelite Showcase Events.
