Del. Real Estate Exam PassedSALISBURY -- Advisor Joey Gilkerson of Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate recently passed the Delaware State Real Estate salesperson licensee examination.
The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, containing all aspects of the real estate industry as it pertains to Delaware while focusing on Delaware law.
The final step in obtaining the official Delaware Real Estate Salesperson license is an application process. The application will be submitted to the Delaware Real Estate Commission to be reviewed during its monthly meeting.
OCEAN PINES -- The Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, March 23 to celebrate the new location of Marc Anthony, Inc. at 11220 Beauchamp Road in Ocean Pines (across from St. Neumann’s Catholic Church). There will be an open house from noon-4 p.m. for the public to enjoy light refreshments and live music. The ribbon cutting ceremony will promptly begin at 3 p.m.

SALISBURY -- Peninsula Regional Medical Center announced that its Peninsula Wound and Hyperbaric Center has received full accreditation from the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS).
This accreditation awards centers for meeting or exceeding highest industry standards and best practices in hyperbaric treatment. Peninsula Wound and Hyperbaric Center is the fourth center in Maryland and the only center on the Delmarva Peninsula to successfully complete the organization’s rigorous accreditation process.
"Providing quality care is a top priority for us," said Jason Hafer, Program Manager of the Peninsula Wound and Hyperbaric Center. "We are very proud of this accreditation appointment and we’re committed to seeing that our facility serves as an industry benchmark for high standards and exceptional care.” Clinical hyperbaric facilities, such as Peninsula Wound and Hyperbaric Center, can demonstrate the commitment to patient care and facility safety by voluntarily participating in this program.
