Buckingham Elementary School Principal Roger Pacella recently received an American flag flown over the United States Capitol from the office of Congressman Andy Harris. Making the presentation is Charlotte Cathell, who presented the flag on behalf of the 2013 Caring for America Program of the Republican Women of Worcester County.
