The Carol Steffy Spirit of Esther Fund at the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore (CFES) contributed $643 to Pets on Wheels of Delmarva, Inc., a local pet therapy program.  This fund was established by Steffy in memory of her mother, Esther Sinnott Moore.  The grant will promote the work of the Pets on Wheels’ volunteer teams and the important role the canine companions play in providing comfort and companionship to patients in local nursing homes and senior centers.  Pictured, from left, are Bev Horner, Wicomico County Coordinator, Pets on Wheels of Delmarva, Inc. with Toby; Steffy; and Spicer Bell, CFES President.
