The Chesapeake Associated Press Broadcasters Association recently held its annual meeting in Ocean City at the Dunes Manor Hotel. The Coastal Connection show on WAMU 88.3 FM and host Bryan Russo won six awards, including the Edward R. Murrow Award for Audio Feature Reporting for a story called “Homeless in Hobo Woods.” Russo was also honored as Best Reporter in the Small Market category.
