Berlin Intermediate School student Gavin Stearn was recently named the Franklin Burroughs Golf Scholarship winner. Burroughs was a local businessman for many years before his untimely passing. Stearn is pictured with his parents, Dave and Nina Stearn, and Ocean City Recreation Manager Al “Hondo” Handy. Stearn will attend the Eagles Landing Golf Camp this summer.
