OC Elementary Students Celebrate At The Rock The MSA Pep Rally

Jabria Lewis, Jazmyne DuPont and Kaleigh Davis celebrate at the Rock the MSA Pep Rally at Ocean City Elementary School. During the Pep Rally, third and fourth grade students performed skits full of helpful strategies to be successful on MSA.
