Each year, the Ocean City Sons of Italy, Lodge 2474, awards three scholarships to students graduating from local high schools who have some Italian heritage.  This year's recipients are Alexandra H. Birckette of Stephen Decatur High School, Abigail Rebecca Brown of Indian River High School and Heather Michelle Nicolle of Stephen Decatur High School.
