BERLIN The Berlin Pop Warner Youth Football and Cheerleading teams will be holding registration for the 2013 season this weekend at the Ocean Pines Recreation and Parks Department.

Coming off a highly successful season during which the Berlin Seahawks Pop Warner Pee Wee football team completed a perfect 8-0 season by capturing the title in the Pop Warner Eastern Regional championship, the program is ready to hit the ground running for the 2013 campaigns and will hold registration tonight and tomorrow in Ocean Pines. The Berlin Seahawks are seeking football players for the flag league for kids ages 5-7, and for its tackle football teams for kids ages 7-15. The program is also seeking cheerleaders ages 5-15.

Tonight, April 5, the Berlin Seahawks will be holding registration for returning participants from 6-8 p.m. On Saturday, April 6, the program will be registering new participants from 9 a.m. to noon. The registration fee is $80. Registration will take place at the Ocean Pines Recreation and Parks Department at 239 Ocean Parkway. For more information, call (443) 783-8628.
