As the weather cools off, you can find more and more of our locals running the boardwalk, taking advantage of our many nature trails, and lining up outside the gym door before exercise classes. With the hustle and bustle of summer over, we can finally get back to a regular workout routine. Milder temperatures also set the stage for the perfect running weather, making way for the return of some of our favorite running-related events.  Enter our friends at OC-Tri Running. OC Tri-Running is an endurance and multi-sport event management company that provides people around the area with up to date information on the latest marathons, events, triathlons and cycling competitions.

The company was actually founded by a few locals who felt they needed a central outlet for others to go to find out all the information they need about the activities going on within the area. Fall is prime time for organized walks and runs on the Eastern Shore and this year is no exception.

• The Greene Turtle West OC Thanksgiving 5K: November 29^th

8:30AM until 10:30AM at the West OC Greene Turtle
