Following the recent 2013 graduation ceremony for Salisbury Horizons, rising 8th grader Archelie Frejuste received a $500 graduation incentive from Reva Oliver, Kids of Honor Program Coordinator in recognition of her outstanding character, attitude and effort during the 2013 Horizons Summer Program.
