Dec. 9: St. John’s United Methodist Church 141st Anniversary & Burning Of Church Mortgage

9 a.m., morning worship with the blessing of names to be added on the “Tree of Life” in memory of loved ones. Afternoon worship will be at 2 p.m. in continued celebration of the 141st Anniversary and the burning of the church mortgage. Bishop Peggy A. johnson is the guest preacher. Rev. Charlotte Nichols, Salisbury District Superintendent will be participating in the ceremony. Fellowship dinner will be served after the afternoon service.
