Worcester County Health Department and Maryland Highway Safety Office officials honored alcohol licensees during the Alcohol Licensee Recognition Breakfast at The Restaurant at Lighthouse Sound on Feb. 7 for refusing to sell alcohol to underage law enforcement cadets.
